About Ian Peach

Ian has always had a passion for property. He purchased his first investment property back in 1976 at the age of 19. While always staying active as a property investor, Ian followed a career in the corporate world; initially as a computer programmer, progressing to system designer, and business intelligence specialist. Always the entrepreneur, he was instrumental in the buyout of a specialist mining supplier, and was part of a successful business consultancy team. He completed the Institute of Marketing Management Diploma, followed by an MBA from Oxford Brookes University (UK). Following his passion for property, he certified as a real estate agent in 2006, and since then has completed the Professional Practitioner in Real Estate. After a number of fruitful years associated with one of South Africa’s most respected real estate agencies, Ian fulfilled his dream of leaving a legacy for his children and grandchildren with the establishment of Ian Peach Properties (PTY) Ltd. This is a family oriented real estate company built on sound values and ethics, where all its property practitioners are expected to treat their clients with absolute professionalism and respect.
